Group 1: 400, 1200, 1200, 1000, 1000, 800, 400. (6,000m)
Jog 100m down and back after the 400 and 800s. Jog 200 after the 1000s (TT: 6:30). Jog 400 after the 1200s (TT: 7:30)
Group 2: 400, 1200, 1000, 1000, 800, 800, 400. (5,600m)
Jog 100m down and back after the 400 and 800s. Jog 200 after the 1000s (TT: 7:30). Jog 400 after the 1200s (TT: 9:00)
